With a fair amount of confusion and disbelief under my belt, I came into Craig’s office. His staff was nothing but friendly to me from day one, and upon meeting him, I understood that they simply took after his demeanor. Craig wanted to understand the story behind my case, and he truly wanted to help. He wasn’t under some time pressed industrial-style operation, as so many lawyers are (though his initial questionnaire may have you feeling that way). Rather, he gets a feel for the type of scenario he’s dealing with, and then he proceeds to personalize it. In the many discussions Craig and I had, he found ways to adapt his strategy in defending me toward my personality. Any textbook attorney looks at the evidence and plays by those rules, but Craig consistently found ways to make who i was very evident; and he found ways to use that to speak to the case I was involved in. Having been through over 7 years of post-secondary school myself,
I appreciate those who can look outside the standard realm of thought and delve into what truly can have an impact. Craig does this. Craig’s prices are great, given the detailed defense you can expect to receive. I spent a bit of time being worried when my emails went unanswered for up to a week. I later realized that when the time frames mattered, his office always answered. My anticipation of time frames was not what they truly were, and my panic had nothing to do with the immediacy of events. When Craig knows something is to be serious, he will make sure the problem is addressed. It’s hard, being in such a position as a client (always worried, every day), but he is truly one to be trusted in timing and ensuring everything is perfect. Overall, Craig is a very down to Earth guy, and he runs his office the same way. He doesn’t charge a lot, because he doesn’t see himself as a capitalist. He sees himself as a defender of the innocent, and a speaker for those who have little voice. You may walk in expecting some high-brow, pompous attorney, who uses big words and who impresses you through his degrees… but you won’t find that. He has them… but he will never flaunt them.
What you will find is a man who realizes that he’s sitting next to another man (or woman) who needs his help, and who has been wronged by law enforcement, and he will spend every minute making that case right. If you’re looking for someone to truly stand behind the quality person you are, I can assure you, Craig will do that. And he’s very, very good at it. I can’t promise you will win your case, and Craig can’t either. But what I can promise you is that if you want to have the best guidance you can get through the entire ordeal, Craig is the way to go. And if you want to have the best chance to really fight for yourself in the Phoenix area, there aren’t many people more successful than Craig.
